Text Box: Justin and Elysse-

“Justin Gibson’s effort in checking all surplus computers for hard drives deserves a Good Job nomination.

As does Elysse Kunkel’s willingness to come in on short notice to help him out on the second day.

It is not a fun task but it helps ensure that computers sold at auction do not have any sensitive data on them.”

Text Box: Aaron-

“Aaron was on-site in the SD Art Museum to aid this group with their PowerPoints, wireless mic, and we even threw in a PowerPoint remote/laser pointer.

He was there from 1:30-5pm and also helped Diane with a trial run in advance.
Probably the longest amount of time we have ever devoted an ELS person to something like this.

They had a little trouble getting their schedules to match up at first but after the trial run things went well.”

Thank you,
Travis

“Marek Malecki was thoroughly impressed by the level of service you provided both on Friday and today.  He told me that you are the type of support person that SDSU should hold onto.”

Nicely done,

Text Box: “I wanted to make sure Nick and Scott got on the Good Job Wall for their efforts getting laptops ready for NSO in June.

Scott worked with Pharmacy and FCS to get their laptops configured and ready and provided support during NSO sessions.

Nick got the Union Loaner laptops configured and ready and provided support during NSO sessions.

And the pulled a few shifts on Saturdays also.

NSO is always a challenging experience for computer technicians and they did very well.”

“Thanks for letting me know about the usb drive, I find that really thoughtful for someone to take the time to find out who's usb drive it actually is and to then take the time to contact that person and let them know about it.  I lost it about 3 weeks ago & just thought it was lost, but it's nice to know that during this holiday season there are people who go the extra mile for others.  Thanks Again and Happy Holidays!!!”
